A Cappella for a Cure
Please join us for the 3rd Annual A Cappella for a Cure concert to benefit the American Cancer Society's Relay For Life of Newton and Brookline. If you or a loved one has been touched by this disease, you know its devastating effects; if you have listened to the beauty of A Cappella music, you know the power that the human voice has as it is raised in song. Help us combine fundraising to eradicate cancer with the enjoyment and unifying beauty of song.
This year's concert will feature 3 groups from Newton North High School: the Melocotones, Forte, and our host group, Northern Lights. Joining us from Newton South High School will be the Newtones and SouthBeat. Our special guests this year are Brandeis University's Starving Artists!
The concert will be held on March 31st at 7:30 pm. Newton Community Pride has once again donated the use of the Newton Cultural Center, 225 Nevada Street, Newtonville, as our venue. Tickets are $20 for general admission seats. 100% of the proceeds will be donated to the American Cancer Society. Please click here to purchase your tickets.
